Cases / bpost
Influencer Marketing
Online shopping with a smaller footprint. In spring 2023, bpost asked Belgian TikTok creators to collect their parcels at a pick-up point, on foot or by bike, and to show their followers how easy that switch is.

Most of us want our parcels delivered to the door, even on days when nobody is home to open it. Yet according to bpost, a parcel sent to a pick-up point causes less CO2, and even less when you collect it on foot or by bike. So bpost wanted young people in Flanders and Wallonia to choose a pick-up point in the My bpost app, with a nice reason to try: a chance to win a bBAG, made from old bpost truck tarps and work clothes.
A parcel comes out of the pick-up point and goes straight into a red and white bBAG on a city bike: that is how the duo behind Jornellaa showed the switch to their French-speaking followers. Jietse Pauwaert opened a parcel locker with one tap in the app and later turned the bike ride into a challenge for his followers. Thomas Latour explained the CO2 savings in a comic sketch, cartoon planet included, and Freiavl collected a whole pile of parcels in one trip, her bBAG among them.
In every video the pick-up fits into an ordinary day, and the message stays simple: choose a pick-up point in the My bpost app, for a chance to win a bBAG. We also turned the videos into TikTok Spark Ads, with a button that sent viewers to bpost. Who knew picking up a parcel could be a workout?
