Who are we looking for ?

We are always trying to provide innovative campaigns for our clients, for example we work out campaigns on games like Fortnite and Roblox. With a young and dynamic team of 7, we want to broaden our horizons, which is why we are looking for a talented Influencer Marketing Campaign Manager.

Key responsibilities

Project Management: Setup, execution and delivery of influencer marketing campaigns using our proprietary influencer marketing software (used by 8,000+ influencers!)
Communicate with both influencers and brands during the set-up and execution of influencer marketing campaigns
Staying on top of social media trends on platforms such as TikTok, Twitch, Instagram and YouTube.
Creative Brainstorms: Working with our team to create innovative “pitches” to present to new or current clients.
Social Media Management: Together with other team members, you will also take care of our own social media.
Talent Management: Build a good relationship with (new) talents and together see how both Adshot and the creator/influencer can grow together.

Required skills

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or similar field is desirable, but not required if your previous experience speaks for itself!
Fluent in Dutch with professional proficiency of English or French.
Proficient in PowerPoint and adept at creating compelling presentations.
Image editing skills (e.g.
Photoshop, Canva, Gimp) are highly desirable.
Video editing skills (e.g. Adobe After Effects, CapCut) are highly desirable.
Knowledge of the creator economy is a plus.
