A successful employer branding campaign for aviapartner through instagram reels

Aviapartner is a leading independent provider of ground handling services at airports, offering a wide range of solutions for both passenger and cargo airlines across more than 53 airports in 7 European countries.

We partnered with Aviapartner to highlight two roles they urgently needed talent for in Belgium: Turnaround Coordinator and Check-in Agent.

To shine a spotlight on these roles, we teamed up with creator Wout Sprangers. Wout spent the day shadowing professionals in these positions, offering an authentic look at what it truly means to be a Turnaround Coordinator or Check-in Agent. He brought their day-to-day experiences to life through fun and engaging Instagram Reels, crafted specifically to inspire and attract job seekers.

The campaign results speak for themselves: a 3SV of 43.3K, 228.3K total impressions, and an average watch time of 8.5 seconds. With 7.7K clicks, and a click-through rate (CTR) of 4.33%, Wout’s content clearly demonstrated how an authentic call-to-action, that puts the employee at the center, and the influencer acting as a window into the role, can made significant impact. This is why this campaign serves a prime example of successful employer branding.
