Did you know that bpost set out to make all its delivery vehicles electric by 2030? Five Belgian TikTok creators shared that and more of bpost’s green efforts with young people, each in their own “did you know?” video.

Ordering online is easy, and few people stop to think about how a parcel gets to their door. And when a company talks about its own sustainability, it quickly sounds like a brochure. bpost wanted young adults in Belgium to hear what it was doing to shrink its footprint, and to see that their own choices, like where they collect a parcel, help too.
We gave each creator one of bpost’s green proof points, from its electric fleet to its pick-up points, and the freedom to tell it their own way. That gave five very different videos. Jietse Pauwaert played a teacher handing bpost its school report, with top marks for its electric vehicles and its packaging made from recycled material.
Thomas Latour slipped out of the office to collect a parcel from a locker in Namur, Julie Verven and Mariustory showed how close the nearest pick-up point usually is, and Freia, a student with her own clothing brand, dropped part of her orders at a parcel machine under Leuven station. We then ran the videos as TikTok Spark Ads with a link to bpost’s landing page. The tip that came back most often was a simple one: let your parcel wait at a pick-up point, so it travels fewer kilometres. Top marks, delivered.
