Why Everyone on TikTok and Instagram Was Suddenly Eating Three Burgers at Once

ELLIS Gourmet Burger is no stranger to bold flavours and creative concepts. Known across Belgium for their premium burgers and stylish diner vibe, ELLIS wanted to go a step further for their latest creation: the Triplet Burger. A single dish combining three of their best-selling burgers in mini format, perfect for foodies who want it all.

Instead of relying on traditional advertising, ELLIS chose to let real voices do the talking. With Adshot, they launched a PR campaign that invited influencers from all over Flanders to visit one of the ELLIS locations for a unique tasting experience.

Between mid and late May, 17 creators visited their local ELLIS restaurant. Some made cinematic burger close-ups, others gave lively taste tests or reviewed each mini-burger in detail. All of them stayed true to their personal style, which made every post feel authentic and relatable.

Across TikTok and Instagram, they collectively produced 92 pieces of original content, generating over 11.000 organic engagements. The authentic tone and high relatability of the posts helped drive strong word-of-mouth, resulting in a remarkable 1221% return on ad spend.
