Febelfin is a non-profit organization that aims to provide objective information about the Belgian financial sector and thus protect consumers, including young people. In collaboration with LDV United, Febelfin was looking to reach a younger audience to spread awareness about online dangers such as phishing and fraud. As the young target group and most vulnerable is very active on TikTok, Adshot focused the campaign on this platform.
To guarantee engaging and authentic content, two famous influencers - Angel Redondo and Alizée - took the topic to the streets and interviewed young people about their behavior online related to money. Do they trust just anyone? Do they give away their information quickly? Do they believe in get-rich-quick schemes? These and other catchy questions were fired together with some funnier ones, keeping the content engaging and casual. The final shot consisted of a scene where the influencers made their viewers aware of the dangers surrounding online behavior in a more serious way.
When it comes to phishing, the results definitely show how our campaign “hooked” the youngsters out there!
