Every year, finding a job becomes more competitive. That’s exactly why Jobvillage, an initiative by De Zondag, was created. It is a hands-on and inspiring career event where visitors can connect directly with companies, receive advice from experts, and discover new opportunities. The event is held on various dates at multiple locations throughout Flanders.
The main objective was to drive traffic to the website through TikTok and Instagram, while also encouraging people to attend one of the physical events. Paid ads were used to drive conversions to the landing page, making it easy for interested users to find the nearest Jobvillage event.
The results speak for themselves: the 8 creators generated 1.89M views and 15K clicks across both platforms. On TikTok, they achieved 107.7K 6-second video views with a CTR of 0.41%. On Instagram, they delivered 88.7K 3-second video views and an CTR of 2.16%.
What made this campaign so successful was the on-site presence of the creators, combined with their ability to stay authentic and translate the event through their own unique style.
