The campaign manager
Jobvillage wanted people to know when a job fair is happening and what they can get out of it, whether they’re exploring their options, figuring out their next step or considering a career change. At the same time, it wanted to inspire young people to go beyond the screen and experience the event in person.
We tackled it on two fronts. On TikTok, three creators visited the fair in Sint-Niklaas as ordinary visitors, chatted with companies and went home with new ideas.
We boosted the content on TikTok with ads linking directly to the Jobvillage website, helping the videos reach far more people than expected.
On Twitch, four Belgian streamers brought Jobvillage into their streams over five weeks, using overlays, panels and chat reminders to keep the job fairs on their viewers’ radar. They went a step further by exploring the Jobvillage website live with their audience, showing them how to find upcoming fairs and discover new opportunities. So a job fair turned up where nobody expected one: in between the scrolling and the gaming.
