Making smartphoto part of everyday moments to raise awareness through authentic TikTok and Instagram content.

Smartphoto is all about making memories tangible. For more than 60 years, they have helped people turn their favorite moments into personalized products that truly matter. At the heart of the brand is the belief that small gestures can create the biggest memories. Together, we brought this idea to life with the Art of a Small Gesture campaign across both Instagram and TikTok, strategically choosing to activate on both platforms to maximize reach, engagement, and visibility among different audiences. 

The campaign focused on capturing meaningful micro-moments from everyday life. The small occasions that are not marked on the calendar, but where a thoughtful, personalized surprise can make a real difference. Together with 6 BEFR content creators, we showed how smartphoto offers the perfect gift for every little moment, proving that the most memorable gifts are often linked to unexpected gestures.

One of the main objectives of the campaign was to increase awareness in the French-speaking part of Belgium. By collaborating with 6 French-speaking creators, we successfully reached this target audience. 

On TikTok, the campaign generated 415,9K impressions, creating strong visibility and broad reach. In addition, the campaign achieved a 6-second focused view of 5.17%, alongside 1.285 likes, 103 saves, and 32 shares. On Instagram, the campaign delivered 382,8K impressions, with a 3-second view rate of 47,08%, demonstrating the strong attention-grabbing power of the content.

Overall, the campaign successfully increased awareness across both platforms and demonstrated the impact of authentic, everyday storytelling.
