A Christmas card of your own, in a few clicks.

The challenge

A Christmas card is often a quick, impersonal greeting. Smartphoto wanted to show how a favourite photo, a personal message or a design of your own turns it into something special, and to remind people in good time to order before the holidays.

What we did

At a wooden table full of candles and paper stars, Justin ordered his cards on a tablet and then sat down to write them, with a promise to his French-speaking followers: no more New Year’s wishes in late January. Laura Tenteniez designed a green card with a Christmas tree on her laptop and then unboxed her family’s first personalised Christmas cards, with a warm wish in gold letters signed by the whole family. Britt Boeckx held up the arched card she had designed herself, Merry Everything and a Happy Always, and tucked it into a red envelope. In all three, the finished card takes centre stage. Spark Ads then took the cards far beyond the creators’ own followers. Christmas, signed and sealed.
